Private Parties.

Members and reciprocal members are welcome to host private parties in the Clubhouse, however, they and their guests are reminded of the Club’s formal dress code. Rooms available for the purpose are as follows:

• Castlereagh Room - for small private lunches or dinners, meetings, conferences and seminars
• Library – for lunches or dinners up to 60 people, receptions up to 100 people
• Inner Morning Room – for lunches or dinners up to 35 or receptions up to 60
• The Old Still Room – for small business meetings up to 12 persons

Under exceptional circumstances, the Outer Morning Room may be used for larger receptions in conjunction with the Inner Morning Room.

A full selection of menus and wine list are available upon request from the Private Parties Manager.

Weddings.

The Travellers Club has provided the location for a number of engagement and wedding parties at weekends. On these occasions, the Coffee Room may be used, seating up to 120 guests.
